Good Day!
In line with the new normal , Asian Hospital and Medical Center came up with some protocols that will entirely change the way we do our usual clinic. Services and schedules . To give you at most protection and the protections of our health personnel the following will be observed.
1. Patient’s relatives should answer a pre heath screening questioners which is downloadable from Pediatric Department AHMC official web site. After you have answered it will be submitted to your Pediatrician through their respective secretaries for approval. Once approved an official appointment slip will be given. The slip is also downloadable on our official site.
2. Confirmed appointment slip will be presented to the hospital lobby guard. The guard will assist you on your way up .
3. Consultations are STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
4. WALK IN ARE NOT GOING TO BE ENTERTAINED
5. NO MASK TO ENTRY POLICY ( note: AHMC is requiring a SURGICAL mask only.)
6. Stroller are only allowed to patients with special needs and babies less than two years of age.
7. One Family consults are allowed
8. One patient one companion only
9. No waiting is allowed inside the doctors room only on the designated common area.
10.One doctor per clinic unit are only allowed so schedule of our doctors will change. Please coordinate to our secretaries.
11.Each patient are STRICKLY given 30 minutes . To give time for the secretaries to disinfect and clean the room every after consult. I personally encourage parents to write all possible questions to facilitate the consultations.
12.We will implement on line payment BEFORE the consultation . To maximize the time of consult, to lessen exposure time o the hospital and lessen the possibility of cross infections.
13.We will encourage to bring your own blanket , to be used in weighing babies and on the examining table.
14.Hospital are encouraging on line follow up or consultations if patients are not too sick to go to the hospital
15.Our clinic schedule will have a specific time and date for WELL BABIES only and same with the SICK babies to AVOID CROSS INFECTIONS
16.We are only given four hours for each doctors so time management is very important.
17.If in case there is a need for the patient to avail hospital laboratory and other services another appointment is needed, so I encourage relatives to look for other similar services being offered with in the vicinity.
18. Due to anticipated traffic flow I encourage relatives of our patients to come to the hospital 30 to 45 minutes ahead of your schedule .
19.Our secretaries will give you our clinic numbers to call you 25 to 30 minutes before your schedule time to come up.
